About this crypto heatmap
heat.sala.company is a free crypto heatmap of the top 100 cryptocurrencies by market cap, including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), XRP, BNB and Cardano (ADA). It combines the price move with technical indicators and suggested stop-losses in one view, and a daily scorecard checks how its signals actually did.
What does the crypto heatmap show?
The top 100 coins by market cap, stablecoins excluded. Each tile is colored by its 24-hour, 7-day or 30-day price change and shows RSI, the 50/200-day moving-average trend, relative strength vs Bitcoin, volume surges, the point & figure trend, 30-day momentum and suggested long and short stop-losses.
How often is the data updated?
Every 10 minutes. Prices are not real-time. Market data is powered by CoinGecko, with daily candles from Binance, Gate.io, OKX, MEXC and KuCoin.
What do the rocket and sad-face emoji mean?
They describe current conditions, not predictions: a rocket marks a strong 50/200-day uptrend and a sad face a strong downtrend. X and O show the point & figure trend, and fire and ice show strong or weak 30-day momentum. A daily scorecard checks whether these calls predicted the next moves; so far they show no reliable edge, so treat them as hints, not advice.
How are the recommended stop-losses set?
From the last daily close (00:00 UTC), a multiple of the coin's average daily move over the last 20 days: below the close for long positions and above it for short positions. They are suggested levels only; set real stops on your exchange.
Is this financial advice?
No. It is an experimental, work-in-progress tool. Data can be late, wrong or missing.
Data is collected every 10 minutes from CoinGecko (CoinLore as backup) for prices and rankings, and from Binance, Gate.io, OKX, MEXC, KuCoin and CoinGecko for daily candles. Prices are not real-time. Today's candle is still forming, so indicators move during the day. Recommended stop-losses are suggested levels only: this page is not real-time and cannot exit a position for you, so set stops on your exchange. Not financial advice.
